TGIF!
Finally survived the week and what you know, it's Friday today!
The hubby took a day's off yesterday to put a fresh coat of paint to one part of the wall in the masterbedroom. Ermm..well, nothing's really wrong with the old paint, just that I felt kinda bored and wanna something different. The hubby wasn't receptive to my suggestion initially (cos' he was lazy!), but somehow he gave in to my relentless pleas and voila! the masterbedroom look so cosy and stylo milo now with galaxy grey! Woo hoo! Seebey chio! It sure does match the new bedsheets I bought last weekend...can't wait!
So since the hubby came to fetch me from work early, we took a trip down to where else but Chinatown! I think it wasn't exactly a good idea to go there, was expecting the makeshift stalls be packed with CNY goodies, but nevertheless, most of the stalls are selling useless stuff like household veggie peelers, window cleaners, brandless chocolates and etc. Suddenly I juz find that Chinatown has lost its usual charm for CNY. Where's the 年糕?Where's the 花市? Haiz...waste my time only.
Wanted to get bah kwa from the usual store (金华源), but the hubby thought that it's kinda too early so I will probably make my way there next Monday when I'm on leave again (yeah!).
Till then..have a good weekend guys...will be meeting with the usual gang tonight for a get-together..most probably gonna discuss about plans for our reunion dinner...yums!
