Retail Theraphy Works...at least for last night lah..

Yeh, was feeling stressed at work yesterday that I purposely headed downtown for a shopping spree after work. I gave myself only an hour to prance around Wisma, ended up buying 2 tops from Forever 21 and dabao cheese prata home for dinner.

I did feel a little better after that but today, tension starts again. Was tracking my shipment from DHL website and realised my stuff are still stucked in the frigging India customs. What's their problem? It's just some stuff for the event, why are they withholding my items for so damn long? Suddenly, I felt that DHL is not as reliable as what they claimed to be. What "With DHL, you can rely on one company for all your express and logistics needs", my foot ok? I have relied on them to give me updates on my shipment status but till today I no hear any news at all! Their Singapore office like that, their India office also like that...we took up DHL becos' we thought they can do a good job and get our stuff delivered on time. Look what happened now?!?! We have been chasing everyday but their answers are "We will revert to you if we have news", "We will email you the status". Revert your head! Email your ass! We are the ones who have been emailing and chasing status, but to no avail.

Asked my Indian counterparts to do some "magic" by paying "special fees" to the authorities. They replied that they are good and abiding citizens, they don't play dirty. But who cares whether you are good citizens or not, I just want my things to be out of that damn custom and delivered to the respective Hotels on time!! Feel so helpless now, I can do nothing except to chant harder each day asking for miracle. Sigh. I think I'm gonna be doomed!
