Vivocity Rocks!
You know what? I'm so glad that they have developed Vivocity next to HarbourFront. That means that I don't have to travel all the way to Orchard or Suntec for shopping sprees next time. Vivocity is so bloody huge that I told the hubby that I would need 3 days and 3 nights to conquer each and individual shops!
I must accolade MapleTree for this new project. They have managed to bring in the long-awaiting US retail brand - GAP, and Ted Baker (boutique, not Bakery ah!) and shopping in this Hyper Shopping Mall reminds me of shopping in the mammoth Factory Outlets in US, there are so so so so many shops in there that it needs to take you a couple of hours to shop from one end to the other.
Cool place.
I think I have repeated myself umpteen times to the hubby last night that Vivocity is a "happening" place! Half of S'pore's population could have been there last evening as not only the eateries were packed to the brim, the more popular boutiques were equally hectic entertaining the cash loaded S'poreans too. Me? I was busy scanning the places and shops so that I know which to whack first when I return alone. Yes, alone. I enjoy the solitary of shopping alone as I dislike the hassle of waiting for gfs and tracing them back when they have gone all wild and snooping in and out of all the shops.
I is so excited. I is want to shop tomorrow!
