Beauty Sleep

Oh well, I did went to see the company doc last evening. The hubby's training ended early yday so he was sweet to come and fetch me from work and send me to the doc, though the clinic was juz a street away from the office (he said he was worried that I was too drowsy to watch the roads....awwww.....can melt right!).

Anyway, the doc was a stupiak nerd. Without 5 minutes in the consultation room, he sent me out and the nurse dispensed me multi-coloured pills. I know cold/flu is common illness lah, if I can buy the pills off the rack, I dun have to step into the blardy clinic, see the doc for 3 minutes to get the medicine. Bah!

So after the doc, off we went to Geylang for our porridge dinner. I swear that it's not a sleazy place unlike Lorong 15 above, this one serves decent frog legs porridge and other yummy dishes. I forgot the name, but it has this huge "G7" signboard in the restaurant itself. It's a sorta restaurant like place but with kopi-tiam service. Besides the frong legs porridge, we also ordered the marmite (not termite ah!) spare ribs and special beancurd. Though I feel sick, these yummy food perked me up and mind you, I had 2 servings of the porridge where normally I will only take 1. So next time if you're near the vicinity, do drop by this restaurant and check out their famous dishes like mango fried fish, vietnamese style crabs and etc. The hubby said he will bring his family there to celebrate Father's Day...haha...they sure gonna tok his carrot head this time!

See how much I have digressed from my blog title! Haha..actually I juz wanna blog that I have finally broke the record to sleep at 10.30pm last night. I think I slept like a dead log, but I could remember vividly that I have a funny dream that I was pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy (duh!). The giving birth process was a breeze, not as painful as it sounds and I named my boy, Gareth Goh. Wahahaha...I can't believe it...and the scenes were so real that it nearly freaks me out when I woke up and found no Gareth. Sigh..must be the stress from the event that is bugging me lately..

Heading back to work again...sigh..
